I marched into Gothfried Industries with pure anger in my eyes. I've had enough of Zillium and his crew. My eyes tore into Zillium's as I approached him. "You.." I said. " Hello, Xio. Having another tantrum? " Zillium brushed aside his luscious green hair and gave a piercing glare. "Just what do you want?" He asked. "I want you dead." I snarled and drew both of my swords. I could feel power burning up in me. " Grey hair means you're using your demon form?" Zillium asked, blocking my attacks with ease. I looked at his scaly arms. "And scales means you're using your snake side?" I asked with and attitude. I shifted and attacked him, yet he still blocked. But now I was faced towards the Capsule Room... I planted a kick to Zillium’s stomach, making him stagger, and I rushed to the Capsule Room. It was a dark room, but the Capsule itself was glowing a bright teal. If I took the capsule.. I smirked. That would be enough to make Zillium want to kill himself. His life's work and effort stolen by a coworker with a grudge. I ripped out the tubes that were holding the Capsule in place and ran off. Guards chased after me, but in my demon form I was too fast for them.  I rushed to my apartment building. Room 919. I kicked the door down and ignored the weird looks I was getting from my neighbors. Yeah, I know I look like a complete idiot right now. But that's not any of your business. My apartment was dirty and looked like a tornado hit it, but whatever was in the Capsule wouldn't care. Especially if it was just treasure. I smiled and tried to tear the lid off but it wouldn't work. It was most likely encrypted with some sort of new technology. That definitely wasn't my strong point. I punched the top of the Capsule in frustration. What the hell was I supposed to do? Things weren't going according to plan. I sighed heavily and flopped down on my small bed. After a few hours of resting, I heard a loud knock on my door. I grumbled and slowly got to the door. When I opened it, the hinges fell off because I had kicked it down earlier. Oops. There was a short, nerdy looking guy at the door. He was staring me down. "Uh.. you need something?" I asked, scratching my head. "Xiomara Nexes. I'm here for the Capsule." The guy said. "That's nice. " I said, and held the door in front of me. "At least let me put a new encryption on it." The guy said, his blonde hair poking out of the cracks in the door. " Hell no. How bout you open it instead?" I said. "I don't work for the enemy." The blonde guy said. I shrugged and dropped the door on his head. "Oopsie." I laughed and then went to the Capsule. I studied every side and crack and piece but it was no use. This guy was the only one who could help me. I watched as he angrily threw the door off of him, then I grabbed him by the collar and spit in his face. "If you don't help me open it, you're dead." I said, trying to be intimidating. And then the guy cracked. "Im sorry, just don't hurt me! I-I'll do anything you want. Just let me go." The guy said, holding his hands up. I laughed and let him go. "The Capsule's over there, Smarty." He glared at me. "My name's Leuni. Not Smarty. " He said, then looked away from me and began opening the Capsule. When he did, a rush of cool air brushed past us and there she was. A beautiful elf girl with white hair. Her eyes fluttered open and I gazed into her mesmerizing teal eyes. "Where- Where is Dain?" She asked softly but her voice was filled with fear. "You mean Dain of the Great Mages? He passed away a long time ago." Leuni said. I looked at her. "Hey, Pointy Ears. Do you know a way to the Treasure Hall?" I asked. "My name is Yeya, and yes, I know a way. Why do you ask?" The elf girl said. "Cuz.. I'm gonna be the richest man ever. That's why." I said proudly. Leuni and Yeya burst out laughing. "What are you guys laughing at?!" I yelled, my cheeks flushed with embarrassment.  "You're quite funny, Xio." Leuni said. Yeya nodded in agreement. They both gave a slight chuckle before looking at me again. "What makes you want to become the richest man on Miexre?" Yeya asked. "Nunya." I said. Yeya tilted her head and gave me a puzzled look. "Nunya..?" I laughed and looked at her. "It means none of your business." I said. Then I got up and stretched. "Let's go, Pointy Ears. I'm waiting." I said, then scratched my ear. "Oh, right!" She said with a smile. "But why are we going to the Treasure hall-" There was a loud boom that interrupted Leuni. I ran out of my apartment and went to investigate. I looked over and saw that there was a giant black hole in the ground. Nope, not suspicious at all. That was the Gate to the Underworld.. but why was it opening up here? I quickly turned my head to look at what was in the corner of my eye. A demon. It was enveloped in a black mist and had these blood red eyes. I cracked my knuckles and aimed a punch right for his jaw. I punched- and heard a crack. My hand hurt pretty bad, and blood spurted out of it. How lovely. "It's weak to magic. I'm guessing you don't have any Xio." Leuni said, pushing up his glasses. "No. Pointy Ears, got any magic?" I said. "For the last time, it's Yeya! My staff should be somewhere. If one of you can locate my staff, I could make it vanish!" She said, then made explosion sounds and hand motions. "I'll go look for it. It's probably in Gothfried Industries." Leuni said. "Hold it off for a sec, Xio." I sighed and drew my swords. "Sounds like fun I guess." I gripped my swords tightly and began slicing and slicing but the demon kept dissipating into mist. Which was weird cuz just before, he was as hard as a rock. But now, he was as soft as a.. who knows. "Here, Yeya!" I heard Leuni say. Then a huge beam of light blasted the demon and he disintegrated. "Good job everyone!" Yeya said happily, then planted a soft kiss on my cheek and Leuni's. Leuni just blushed and smiled at her like an idiot. But I wiped off the kiss. Like, ew! "I didn't ask for that, kid." I said. "I'm not a kid. I'm 6,549 years old!"Yeya said. Leuni stifled a laugh, but couldn't and now he was laughing like crazy. "Is it funny, Smarty?" I asked. Leuni nodded, then went back to laughing. I turned away and sulked. Pointy Ears was getting the better of me.
