Sitting on the toilet seat while staring at a positive pregnancy test, Killian wondered how he got here.
Killian would like to say he has a fulfilling life.
His family is filthy rich, leading a comfortable life. His parents are loving alphas that want the best for their children. Killian's older sister is also an alpha and a famous model, while his younger sister is an omega who, only being 14, owns three jewelry stores (and still growing).
He, Killian, is known as the genius alpha of the family. Anything he does, he always comes out on top. And not only that, he has rare luck.
Like one time, when he was young, he was wandering in the woods and tripped on a rock, landing in a bush. In the bush, he landed on, held $400.
Or the other time when his drawing flew across the busy street. He mindlessly ran to get it. And surprisingly, all the cars missed him, even the ones going fast.
And there was that time he went to an old basketball court building. Killian liked practicing where people he knew could not see him. Well, when he went for a dunk, he stomped back down hard, cracking the old floor.
And under the old floor was an aged coin worth $50,000.
Honestly, Killian wondered if his "luck" was a catastrophic thing.
Well, getting back to the present, Killian wished he never had rare luck because here he is—a pregnant alpha. And he knew that he had to be one month because he only slept with one person a month ago: his enemy.
Okay, hear him out.
Azra—his enemy—is fucking hot. Excuse his language, but he needed to use it. He hates the man with every fiber within him. He is obnoxious, arrogant, and an intelligent delinquent. But, man, is Azra sexy.
From Azra's face to his body—gifted by the Gods—Killian would love to draw and lick it all day. And let's not get started on the anaconda the man was packing in his pants.
When Killian saw it, how could he, a perfectly hormonal teen, not jump on it?
Okay, thinking back, he should have had more control or, more logically, used a condom.
His parents used to drill into them that they should always use condoms to prevent sexual diseases and pregnancy. They used to show them the effects of STDs, make them watch videos on people giving birth, and preach to them the benefits of safe sex.
Honestly, Killian believes they did not want them to become teen parents. And here is Killian, at 17 (turning 18 in four months), one month pregnant.
God, what happened to the 0.01% chance of a male alpha getting pregnant?
Sighing, Killian wondered what he should do.
"Killian," his mother yelled, sounding like she was in his room, "it is time for dinner."
Shit! He thought as he quickly stood up, throwing the pregnancy test back in its box. He opened one of the cabinets under the sink, throwing the test in the back of it before closing it. Furthermore, he washed his hands before running out of the bathroom, almost tripping on the way.
Looking up, Killian was face to face with his mother, who gave him a concerned look as she took in his flushed expression.
"Are you okay, honey?" His mother asked.
"Just peachy," Killian responded, catching his breath as he held onto the bathroom doorknob. Once those words left his mouth, Killian wanted to slap himself.
Just peachy? How fucking old are you, Killian? He yelled at himself. Act normal.
His mother gave him a weird look before nodding, "Okay. Remember to hurry down." She walked out of his room.
Killian sighed, holding his chest as he watched his mother leave his room. He just needed to remind himself to act normal. For now, no one needs to know he is pregnant with a capital P.
Taking another deep breath before walking out, Killian made his way downstairs and into the dining area.
His family was already seated, waiting for him. He joined them, taking his seat.
Once he was seated, dinner started as everyone began to fill their plates while holding a conversation. Usually, Killian would be the first to join in, but his mind was not operating correctly.
He stared at his plate, now filled with food, while holding a utensil in his hand. Killian forgot what to do next to seem normal and not like he learned life-changing news earlier.
How to have a "normal" dinner: put your utensil into the food, pick up some pieces and bring it towards your mouth. Then, eat the food, pull the utensil out and do it again. Thirsty? Pause and grab your drink while taking a sip from your cup. It is as easy as that.
Thank you, brain. Killian praised his head.
Too bad his arms missed the message. Because instead of his spoon hitting into the food, he put it in his drink with a loud clinking noise as it hit the glass. The noise attracted his family's attention like flies on honey.
Killian stared mortified at the spoon in his drink while his family gave him a weird, concerning look. Well, his parents did while his sisters had a "what the fuck is wrong with you" expression.
His mother reached over, touching his forehead, "Uh, honey, are you okay?"
Face turning utterly red, Killian tried to calm his racing heart. "I'm okay. I am just tired."
"Why don't you rest, son? We will put your food in the microwave for later." His father responded.
Killian nodded, quickly getting up as he tried not to look like he was running away. He needs to have a conversation with his body on what acting normal means.
This will be stupid. I am depressed with my writing so I decided to do something like this on the side. Enjoy this short nonsense story with short chapters.
