*TRIGGER WARNING* (VIOLENCE, BLOOD, FIGHTING)

*Beep Beep Beep* The sound of an alarm makes a loud beep that startles me awake, I awaken with my cat Mito laying on my chest purring with absolute content. I move to turn off my alarm waking up Mito, he looks at me with his big green eyes and nuzzles my chest. "Good Morning to you too little bean" I laugh as I greet the orange little feline. "You know I have to get up now right buddy?" He meows at me and sluggishly gets off of me with the attitude of not wanting me to leave. I get out of my bed and began my morning routine, after I finished my routine I was given my assignments and started my day. The first assignment I was given was with SCP-3008, I had to go in and try to interview one of the Ikea workers, I failed my task due to a group of them came running towards me. A few of the scientists that's been bullying me since I was a kid started to pick at me. "Oh come on half pint! Are you really gonna let those freaks scare you?! Maybe your a freak just like 'em." Kelly yells at me, he isn't really the nicest scientist but he is a really good one, I'll give him that. "Yeah maybe he is a freak, I mean he's not aloud to become a scientist and he has to stay a personnel! What a loser!" The on that followed behind Kelly's bullying goes by Max, he's kind of like Kelly's bitch but if you say that to his face he'll make you pay for it. "Tch! No wonder he acts and looks so weird, he's defiantly a freak like the rest of the personnel, Maybe he should just be moved down to being an SCP. Then we could do tests on his freak ass and torcher him till he cracks." The last one that decided to pitch in on the torment was Teddy, and at this point I've had enough of this. "ENOUGH!" I scream with absolute rage. "I'm so fed up with you three goons bullshit!! All you guys ever do is bully me every god damn day! And I'm sick of it!" I begin to breath heavy being out of breath after finally speaking up about how I feel. I start to feel a  burning glare and as I look up I see Teddy, Kelly, and Max glaring at me while being around me, blocking me in so I have no escape. "You sure do have a lot of nerve talking to us like that Freak..." Teddy speaks with the most terrifying glare I've ever seen. The three of them start backing me into a corner where there are no cameras. The next thing I know I'm on the floor, in pain, bleeding, and starting to black out.

I feel a mix of tears and blood falling down my cheeks. Then as I start to pass out I see a big guy walk into the room and all I heard was ringing so I don't really know what was said but after a few words were said this guy started knocking out these three guys one by one. Then he walks over towards me grabs me and I pass out in his arms. The next thing I remember is I woke up on a couch covered with a blanket, I wince and whimper as I'm trying to sit up cause my whole body is on pain and covered in bruises. I hear footsteps walking towards me, frightened due to not know where I am and who is coming I hide under the blanket hoping they leave me be.   "Heh, sorry if I scared you." I stay silent after hearing his deep voice speak to me. "I'm Cabana" I peak from under the blanket and look at him in the eyes, I think to myself, his eyes look so gentle yet he looks big and scary... "I-I'm R-Revive..." I respond quietly and very hesitantly. "Hey I'm not gonna hurt you, I promise." He crouches down while looking me in the eyes, I lower the blanket a little more and he smiles at me. "Here I got you some water, you took quite the beating, heh." He nervously laughed as I took the water. "Y-yeah... those guys don't really l-like me to much... they never have." I said to him after taking a sip of water. "So what was the purpose of them beating you up like that?" He asked me while sitting on the floor in front of me. "W-well I finally decided to stand up to those idiots cause I've had enough... but it backfired on me.." After explaining why they attacked me I start to tear up, then Cabana wipes my tears and hugs me gently. "I'm so sorry they did that to you... you don't deserve to be treated that way." I hesitantly hug him back crying on his shoulder, I haven't been hugged like this since I was a little kid... It felt nice. "T-thank you.." I say through all of my flooding emotions. "For what?" I hug him tighter and respond to his question. "For this, for helping me... and for caring..." He pets my head and I start to feel safe for once in my life, I turn slightly red and let go of him. He looks at me and I just look away. "Well your welcome to stay here if you want, at least till you feel a little better." He smiles at me after making that generous offer. "I-I really appreciate the offer but my cat is probably worried about me back in my quarters." I begin to try and get up but I fall and luckily Cabana catches me. "A-are you ok?!" He sits me back down on the couch. "Y-yeah I'm alright... Thanks.. again." I look away in sheer embarrassment. "Oh! and you mentioned a cat right? Does this cat happen to be orange with purple eyes?" My eyes light up with confusion and excitement. "Y-yeah that's Mito, h-have you seen him?" I ask him urgently. "Well yeah he's kinda just been sitting at my front door, Hehe." He walks towards the door and opens it, low and behold there he is sitting at the door waiting to be let in. He starts to walk towards me and jumps in my lap purring and making himself comfortable. He looks at Cabana with a mean stare but Cabana just brushes it off and sits next to us. "He really loves you doesn't he?" He asks me while gently petting Mito. "Yeah me and him have been together since I can remember." After a short minute of silence me and Cabana start talking more and more, the next thing we know is it's midnight. I start to get a little sleepy then I yawn and Cabana looks at me. "You should get some rest, today has been a tiring day." I nod my head and fall asleep on his shoulder. Finally feeling at peace when I fall asleep is a wonderful feeling indeed.
