"Joon, it is time. A woman on Earth is destined to die. You must take her soul and bring her to our realm."

Han Joon nods solemnly, but before he can leave, King Dae-seong adds with a smirk.

**King Dae-seong:**

"And Joon, try not to scare the humans too much this time. The last one you took had a heart attack before you even touched her."

**Han Joon (muttering):**

"Yeah, yeah, blame the guy with the skeletal face."

He is then transported to Earth, appearing in a bustling city, hidden from human sight. Han Joon lands awkwardly on a crowded sidewalk, causing a gust of wind that sends papers flying and hats tumbling.

"Must be a strong breeze today!"

Han Joon shakes his head, muttering to himself as he sets off to find his target.

**Han Joon:**

Han Joon finds Lee Soo-jin, who is living her everyday life, oblivious to her impending fate. She is full of life and joy, contrasting sharply with Han Joon's dark presence. She's walking her dog, a tiny, hyperactive Pomeranian named Fluffy.

Back in Hell, King Dae-seong senses the disruption in the natural order. He sends a subordinate, Kim Min-jae, to Earth to warn Han Joon of the consequences. Min-jae, a demon with a penchant for sarcasm, appears beside Han Joon as he's walking with Soo-jin.

**Kim Min-jae:**

"Joon, you are playing with forces beyond your understanding. Return to Hell and fulfill your duty, or face dire consequences."

**Han Joon (whispering):**

"Not now! I'm on a date!"

Soo-jin looks around, puzzled.

**Lee Soo-jin:**

"Did you say something, Joon?"

**Han Joon:**

"Uh, no! Just talking to myself. Bad habit."

Min-jae rolls his eyes and vanishes, leaving Han Joon to continue his date.

As a result of his defiance, underworld monsters begin to appear on Earth, causing chaos and destruction. Han Joon uses his powers to fight them off, but the situation grows increasingly dire. One evening, as Soo-jin is walking home, she encounters a particularly nasty monster—a giant, slobbering beast with too many eyes and not enough manners.

Han Joon appears just in time, banishing the monster with a flick of his scythe.
