Okay enjoy the series!

....Crunch.....Crunch......

The sound of footsteps in the snow.... The light blowing breeze, the smell of fresh cinnamon buns a ways away...

"Human.... don't you know how to greet a new pal?" A voice said. The sound of his footsteps stopping. He stood behind the human child... "Turn around... and shake my hand..."

The figure spoke menacingly. The child, afraid and shaking, although mostly from the cold, slowly pivots around in place. Slowly taking out their hand and taking mans hand

PFFFFFFTTTTTTTBBSSHHHHH!

The sound of a whoopie cushion breaks the silence and tension almost immediately. "Pffahahahaha! The ol’ whoopie cushion in the hand trick. It’s ALWAYS funny!" The man bellowed. The light now shining clearly upon him, showing his bone white head, blue snow jacket, black shorts and pink slippers. The child chuckles at the sight and the joke.

"I'm Sans, Sans the Skeleton. You're a human right? That’s hilarious. I'm actually supposed to be on watch for humans, but I dont really care about all of that. What bone do I have to pick?" He winks at the human, the young child laughs yet again...

This is the story we all know. A lazy and punny short skeleton, neglecting his job all because of a promise he made to an old lady behind a door... Sans the Skeleton.. His personality and way he acts is so careless, and nothing challenges that position. Even in another time, when the human takes their time to kill every last monster in the underground. The "lazybones" never gets involved... at least... not until the very end. This story goes much like countless others in the universe. The humans final confrontation in the last corridor. The final person to confront you before you kill KING ASGORE.

This story deviates when two people do something they have never done before. Asriel Dreemur, the prince of all monsters, sentenced to live on as a flower. The genocide enacted by this human child, awakens something long forgotten inside him. The ability to feel. The ability to be scared. The poor flower shakes... trying his best not to make any noise as the skeleton talks to the human. And then... those dreadful words.

"Lets just get straight to the point. Shall we?" The ground rumbles, cracks and BREAKS, as the force of a dozen bones break the surface under the human. Despite the blunt rounded sides, they stab through the child with such force, blood sprays everywhere in an instant. The child did not even have a chance to react...

How typical. The bloodied corpse of a child. The skeleton only sighs. And then...

GASP. He breathes... where’s the kids body? The bones? Did all of that happen? Or was he just imagining what would happen? He looks confused and looks down at his hands.

Step… step…

The sound of the little child sized boots make on the tiled floor. He looks back up to see the child standing there. He decides to just repeat himself. If he saw what was going to happen...or imagine what would happen... why couldn't he just do it again, after all. The end of his speech came, and without even moving, the ground rumbles, cracks, AND BREAKS as a dozen bones erupt from the ground in an instant! Sans braced himself for the sound of mangled bones and blood splatter... but it never came… He looked up.

Standing there to the side of the barrage, was the human child. He couldn't believe his eyes. They had seen through his attack so easily... of course it wouldn't play out like he imagined but... the way they perfectly avoided it. As if they knew it was coming as well. He did his best to show no reaction, only making a simple remark. Quickly, another row of bones came from the ceiling aiming to crush them. The human child again, dodged effortlessly.

Sans took a hand out of his pocket, and raised it. Surely they wouldn't expect this. Magical energy culminated and molded itself into the shape of a large animal skull. Before the human could even understand what happened, it opened its mouth and unleashed a powerful beam that collided into them. Being hit from the front and the back at the same time, as another blaster appeared in the air behind them as well.

The poor human child, burnt to a crisp. Falling to the ground with a thump! Still sizzling. The child lifted their head slowly against their own body's pain. They simply smiled at him. "You-''

 SHPOWWWW!

Another fires into their body. Sans was unrelenting, and did not want to hear a single word the child had to say. Nothing but the smell of burnt flesh and the visage of ash and bone. And then…

Another GASP. Sans looks up... what... happened? He had just killed them. Twice? No... the first was a dream... an imagination he had. But if that was just his mind... What was the second? Something was happening... The human could come back. Frisk could come back every time they died. Sans focused his attention on the child once more.

Step... step...

Those same footsteps. That same smile. That same knife.

Understanding what is going on... The monster just chuckled to himself. It was a joke... right? This child was so powerful it could control time? Reverse death itself? What. A. Cheater. He laughs under his breath, swaying back and forth on his heels. Sans had never expected to win this fight. If Papyrus... Undyne... Mettaton had all failed to stop them... what chance did he have? But knowing this... Knowing he didn't have to just win. He could make them suffer... suffer the pain of death. Forever. And ever. It was a dream come true. So, the fight continued. Sans, fought. He smiled. He laughed. He killed the human over, and over, and over, and over again.

The human was beginning to get wise to his attacks... but Sans noticed something else.

"Wow... You look pissed." He comments, looking off to the side. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say that's the face of someone who's died 10 times in a row! The big ol’ double digits. Heh." He looks down, then back up. The face this murderous child had... it was delightful. The anger was starting to build. He could see it on their child-like face... the face of someone who just wanted it to be over with. He closes his eyes and leans back on his heels, opening one eye at them and putting his arms out in a shrug. Only saying one more sentence to poke them just a little bit more.

"Wanna make it 11?"

And they were off again. Stab! Shpow! Slam! With every death the childs face grew more enraged. They were getting very upset, but then something else happened. Killing them stopped being fun. Sans became unable to occupy his own mind with the joy... the only thing that crept into his thoughts was one thing. What comes after this? It was simply inevitable that he would die... But what happens after that? The human goes on... Kills ASGORE... Makes their way to the surface. Where would they go after that?

Sans, the comedian... his smile started to fade. It was his turn to act... to fight... but he didn't. He lowered his hand. The thoughts invaded his mind quickly. He couldn't help but think about it. All they were for this human was a stepping stone. Papyrus, Undyne, himself. leading to what? The end of monster kind. He found himself... scared. The humans power to reset... to go back. To always come back. They could go back, and do all of it over again.

He spoke to the child in front of him.

"Look kid... I'm gettin real tired of all this fighting. There must be some time where we were friends right? Cmon buddy, chum, pal. let's forget all of this, okay? Let’s go to Grillbys." He spoke softly. He wanted it all to seem genuine... most of what he said, somewhere inside him, was... but it did not matter. He knew he couldn't stop them, but he could make them mad. Maybe mad enough to start over... and if they did that... he could stop them from the start! Stop the murder spree before it began! The human... hesitated.

They twitched like there was a ghost in their ear. As if someone was speaking to them from the side.

Clang!

The metal knife falls to the ground. Sans takes a step back in surprise... he had not even considered that his words would work. He thought for a moment that... maybe the human wasn't so bad after all.

No... As quickly as that thought came it was discarded the same. Put the thought of them being good next to Papyrus' pile of dust. Next to the hopes and dreams of every monster in the underground. The human took a step forward, their face shadowed by their hair. They extended their arms, lifting their head to see their face. "Sans.. I'm-"

PSHOWRK!

Razor sharp bones jabbed through the ground. Slightly different sounds from the first death.

He took a step forward towards them. The light in their eyes fades quickly, but Sans spoke a short sentence so they would hear it. "GET DUNKED ON!" Shouting into their ear, as he wakes up again with another GASP
