In this world there are both humans and witches. The common human population does not know about the existence of witches. 

Human’s and witches can have babies, the witch gene is dominant. That means any child born with a witch as a parent is a full blood witch. 

There are 7 different types of witches. The least powerful are the Willows and the Creches. Then there are the Tollems and the Kelpies. Then the most powerful types of witches are the kapana, the Salmina, and the Rose. 

Willows specialize in Heat and Light Magic. Creches specialize in Plant Magic. Tollems specialize in Potion Magic. Kelpies specialize in Illusion Magic. Kapanas specialize in Shifting Magic. Saliminas specialize in Healing Magic. Last, but not least, Roses specialize in All the Elements.

Roses are the most powerful type of witch. Because of this, Roses were hunted. Many believed that a being so powerful shouldn’t exist. 

The Roses were hunted to extinction. Or at least, that's what the witches thought…

If two witches who are the same type of witch have a baby, then the child will be one of the two parent’s type. It’s just like whether it will be a boy or a girl.
