This is easily my favorite story I've discovered on Tapas. A real underappreciated gem!
If you want a comedy action adventure with characters you can really sink your teeth into, do yourself a favor, and read The Rising Sun Saga now. I can't understate how much fun I've had gushing over the characters and theorizing future plot points.
This is a story that knows what it is and nails it. Every joke, every emotional beat, every action scene just lands in a way I've seen professional books struggle with. And it's just out here for free!
