“There you are, dear~”, Auraiiya whispered while approaching the sleeping boy. His ginger locks with azure accent eye, and his hand still holding the open book.
The red-haired woman couldn't help herself, and smiled. that child had been through so much, just like all Achlys Jewels. that is why his peaceful expression while asleep were always something she was fond of.
Careful to not wake him up, Auraiiya carried the boy to his room. She stroke his head fondly as she tucked her precious cub into his bed. Then, she heard a familiar voice.
"Auraiiya-Sama! There’s a--“
"Be quiet, Hilliya." Auraiiya whispered firmly, “Kaybol-Chan is asleep.”
The other cub peeked through the entrance door. She was not taller from Kaybol by much, but the girl was anything but a copy of the boy. Her pink eyes contrasting her darker skin, her silvery-pink hair messy from sleep. Despite it, she seemed alert.
"Auraiiya-Sama," Hilliya repeated, now whispering. "Something fell from the sky." She explained, "I think it landed in the winter garden."
Auraiiya studied the girl, as her rosy eyes darted back and forth between her mistress and the dark corridor outside.
Standing up, Auraiiya nodded. She turned her attention to the dormant child, and gave him a kiss on his forehead. She then turned around, and quickly paced out of the room.
Opening the gate to the winter garden, Auraiiya allowed the blizzard wind hit her face. She gazed into the eternal winter of the dome, until Hilliya spoke.
"Auraiiya-Sama...?" She asked hesitantly.
"Return to your chambers." Auraiiya answered calmly without turning to face her cub.
"But-"
"I will take care of it." She glanced back with a reassuring smile. "don't worry"
Hilliya opened her mouth to protest, but seemed to change her mind. She bowed silently and turned back, returning inside.
Auraiiya stepped into the winter garden, and breathed in. Her Vastoari disguise has faded almost instantly, like fog blown away by the wind. Whilst her black attire remained; Her body morphed slightly. Tanned Vastoari skin turned as black as onyx. Red locks paling into white. Ears bending, 3-fingered clawed feet. She had to be at full focus, if that thing is a threat.
Despite the big size of the garden, it did not take much to find the intruder. Its Magyo presence was clearer than she expected. No, not "its" - His. A small child, in size right between Kaybol and Hilliya. He was shivering from the cold, dressed in green fabrics.
Using her hand, Auraiiya carefully moved his head to get a better look of his face.
"How... Odd... the Nyxian murmured. In a sudden, the boy gasped. His eyed fluttered open, revealing their silver glow.
