As a family of immigrants, Paige's family was able to achieve the ever-elusive, American dream. However, after a series of unfortunate events, Paige was left with nothing.
Paige moved from the nice, suburban town to the city, believing she could find a cheap apartment and send her mother whatever money she earned. However, it seems things aren't going as planned.
