The sun was shining bright... Oh wait, no it wasn't, it was cloudy and rainy and two boys equally unattractive(not really they were actually quite average) lived in two neighboring states. Which states? Doesn't matter. One boy was named Jake and the other Bob. They both were complete opposites.

Jake and Bob were different because

...well... Jake was a blabber mouth and just didn't know how to shut up, whereas Bob was quiet and loved to learn new things and read, he kept to himself. One day Bob had to move to the neighboring state where Jake lived, and started going to the school there, they lived in small towns by the way.

This is why its Jake and Bob and not Bob and Jake. Why couldn't it be the other way around? Well honestly I have no clue either, I guess the writer liked Jake more?

As Bob attended his new school he met Jake the blabber mouth, who just talked and talked on and on never shutting up to Bob, Bob you must understand is always calm he's a positive person but Bob could not longer take it anymore and told him to shut up so loudly that the whole town could hear if they listened, don't blame Bob, if you were to meet Jake you'd most likely do the same. When Bob did this it did not surprise Jake, it actually pleased him, because Bob actually talked for once. Now Bob talks to Jake only so Jake will shut up.

Jake and Bob slowly began to be friends and when this happened they were in the second grade, and they slowly became to be best friends in the fifth grade and by the time eighth grade rolled around they became best friends for life.

Jake and Bob are now in the tenth grade and are still best friends, and are inseparable they do everything together, well not everything they dont go to the restroom together, and they tell each other everything.

And this is where the adventures of Jake and Bob started. But I'll only write that if this goes well.

***Again Jake and Bob are my inspiration, the first time I wrote about Jake and Bob I was in third grade, I started doodling heads and faces and thought "this'll be Jake and this'll be Bob and they'll be BESTIES!" At the time I was so happy when creating these comic characters it gave me purpose, something to do. I based Bob as me except of course he's not female. I wanted someone like me to be able to have a friend they could trust and talk to, I wanted a Jake. Jake and Bob mean everything to me, so thank you so much for reading this short story.***
