Hello everyone!
This is my first real attempt at writing a story, so I hope you enjoy it!
As a little disclaimer: I’m not gay myself, but I am part of the LGBTQ community, I have multiple gay friends online and I’ve consumed a lot of gay content (mainly on YouTube). So, if you are opposed to read a story with a gay protagonist written by a non-gay 19 yo. German girl, you don’t have to. Also, I won’t include any NSFW stuff, since I’m not comfortable with it.
The idea originated when I was chatting with my buddies on Discord on the 25. October 2018:

Noobsy: Haha homophobes most of the time only change their mind when it comes to family members because only then they realize "oh well Leonardo has always been a cool cousin this changes no thing" and if that's not the case they turn their back on cousin Leonardo.
Me: gay cousin leonardo xD gotta be some kind of oc
Noobsy: Haha XD idk
Jenny: please someone make the story of gay cousin leonardo
Me: When Leonardo finally came out to his parents at age 17, he got mixed results. His mother was quite accepting, his father didn't feel too good about it, but was willing to learn more for his son, his aunt spread the news to her sons, eliciting wildly different responses; The older son was very close to leonardo and treated him just the same going foreward, the younger turned his back to them both and started spreading mean spirited lies to his friends.
Jenny: ahhh i need this this is amazing please do this nebel
After that we came up with many ideas for the story and I started planning out the plot and writing the beginning of chapter 1. But I couldn’t even get past the first page in months, taking long breaks, only changing the beginning after comming back, adding little and not being exceptionally motivated. But recently, after joining an animation project and making huge progress on other stories, I finally managed to write the first chapter. There’s still a bit missing and I wanna get it proof read, but I intend to post the complete first chapter on the 25. October 2019, one year after the idea came to be.
