It was a normal Friday evening Mia had just arrived at her boyfriend Kai’s house . A few hours later after watching a few movies they went to bed . Mia had always had an irrational fear of someone being in your house or ultimately murderers. Mia woke up at the crack of dawn but Kai was strangely not beside her . She went downstairs to get some toast she went to get milk for the latte machine as soon a she opened the fridge she let out a ear piercing scream two arms two legs . it was Kai she recognised his tattoo her breaths became hoarse as she retreated to a corner rocking back and forth in a manic fashion she slowly Lifted her shaking body and made her way To the patio she took one shaking leg at a time and forced it forward as soon as her bare feet touched the patio she felt a wet sticky substance at her clenched toes  she looked down to to see a dark red almost midnight liquid on the floor covering her clenched feet.she then shakily lifted her head to see Kai hung his eyes gouged out his throat slit his limbless body hung lifeless dripping with blood. Mia let out one one more scream. Her irrational fear was never irrational at all
