Maggie's POV

School finally got out for the summer. I went straight home exhausted, mom wanted me to do chores she really thought I had so much energy to get up and do chores well she was surly wrong because ever since grandma died I had no energy in my body I wasn't even eating properly but that is all going to change this summer. 

Ben's POV

I packed all my things I'm going to miss this place as I lived here most of my life. My headphones are in as we are driving to our new house I really didn't want to move but dad got a new job there and mom didn't want to live in two houses so we moved with dad. As we arrived I see a girl walking into her house from across the street, it looks as if she just got done with school and she was pretty cute but I was to shy to talk to her so I continued to unpack my things. 

The Next Day

Maggie's POV 

I woke up to my cat licking my nose so I picked her up and started petting her as I do so I hear voices that are coming from outside so I look out my window and I see a boy standing outside talking with my mom it looks as if he is helping her with the flowers we have out in front yard but the first thing I saw was how handsome he was how come I never saw him before. I quickly got dressed I wore ripped Jean shorts and a flowery tank top and walked down to meet mom who just stop talking with the boy as he is heading to his house I yell for him so I can introduce myself to him but that's when it hits me when he stops and turns to face me HE LIVES NEXT DOOR I was so happy but I kept it in as I walk up to him he started to get red was he actually into me or just nervous "hi my name is Maggie " I said "h-hi my name is Ben your new neighbor I just move here yesterday" he said in the cutest voice.

Ben's POV 

I stumbled to talk to her because as I saw her face to face she is really pretty but she just smiled at me and said "well Ben I hope we can get along" and waves as she goes back to her house I wave back. Once I'm in my house I can't help but to feel happy that my heart feels like I could explode but as I'm in the middle of a heart attack mom calls me to help her unpack so I go and help her. As day turned to night I decided that I'm going to explore the town so I know we're some stuff are. As I drift off to sleep I think of Maggie and her smile that's when I fell asleep.
