The air turned black around me. It was time. Someone was to be chosen, but whom? It be could be anyone of us here. I felt it’s presence behind me and closed my eyes. Had it chosen me? I wasn’t sure.

“It seems like it has chosen,” I heard her highness of this world say. I opened my eyes to find her standing directly in front of me. “Out of everyone here, it is you who has been chosen.”

“Why me?” I asked her.

“The reason why you have been chosen is something nobody will yet know. Now follow me.”

And with that my whole life changed forever.
