From the heart of Pandora City, where it all began, the influence of Ygdrassil spread engulfing the entire world in its grasp. Neon lights pierced through smog-filled skies, casting a glow over the busy metropolis. Here, Ygdrassil, solidified its dominance, casting a dark shadow that stretched far beyond the city limits.
The world tilted on the brink between order and chaos as Ygdrassil's rise sentshockwaves through global sociopolitical structures. Fear and curiosity gripped the hearts of people everywhere, torn between the promise of change and the ruthless pursuit of control. The blur lines between salvation and subjugation emerged, prompting individuals and nations alike to question the true nature of power and the morality of resistance.
Underneath the towering skyscrapers and amidst the crowded streets of Pandora City, a relentless battle for rights and resources raged on. Ygdrassil, wielding its ultimate weapon shifted the global balance of power in ways previously unimaginable.
With unyielding force, Ygdrassil swept aside all who dared to oppose them. Nations that once stood proud and sovereign crumbled beneath their might, their identities erased and their territories reduced to lifeless districts. From Pandora City, the epicenter of Ygdrassil's power, to the farthest reaches of the globe, the people found themselves stripped of their freedoms, their individuality became an existence devoid of hope.
Eins, a resident of the slums, occupies his dimly lit apartment. The sound of approaching footsteps signals the arrival of Yggdrasil agents Vinny and Julian, discussing their recent lunch in a casual yet menacing manner.
"Man, I'm starving," Vinny remarks. "Lunch feels like ages ago. I had some real good fucking sushi earlier, the best in town."
Julian nods in agreement. "Sushi, huh? Sounds fancy. I opted for a burger myself, you know? classic comfort food."
"Burgers are the epitome of old American cuisine," Vinny chuckles. "Did you know they were invented in the 19th century?"
"Yeah, Vinny, and I bet they weren't made with this synthetic piece of sh*t we have now.

Eins faces the holographic telecom screen, confronting Vinny's menacing stare.
"We come here for your monthly checkups," Vinny declares through the telecom.
Eins' frustration erupts, and he yells back at the screen. "You come every fucking month, hoping to find something new here. There's nothing here that makes me special! All I have is disinterest in this divine singularity that you all crave so much."
Vinny sighs, attempting to maintain composure. "Look, kid, we're just following orders. It's nothing personal."
Julian leans in, a smug grin on his face. "We got our roles to play in this grand game to keep it peaceful. You get it, right?"
Eins opens the door, feeling the weight of oppression. "How can you call it peace when you force me to cooperate for your own selfish gains?"
Vinny nods, showing understanding but remaining unyielding. "He's right, like, common, I kind of get it, but we're just cogs in this machine, playing our parts. And trust me, you don't want to mess with my side of the board."
Eins stands firm, showing defiance. "I won't be just another pawn for your stupid scheme."
Julian chuckles darkly, his eyes locked on Eins. "We'll see about that, won't we?"
Julian and Vinny close in on Eins.

Eins grits his teeth, reluctant as he complies with the agents' orders, unclothing under their scrutinizing gaze. The atmosphere thickens with tension as the agents begin invasive examinations all over his body, searching for any trace of singularity.
"Don't be shy now," Julian taunts. "We need to make sure there's no hidden potential lurking beneath that thick skull of yours."
Eins winces, suppressing signs of pain as the agents probe and prod mercilessly. The sweat on his forehead glistens under the harsh lights, but he remains resolute, refusing to display weakness.
"Upon finding no latent activity or singularity in your box," Vinny analyzes devoid of sympathy, "it must be concluded that you are as useless as you claim to be."
"Oh, look at that!" Julian chuckles derisively. "Not even a spark of significance in you; man gotta suck to be you really; nothing more than a low-level shit from District 1 is all you are''
The door closes, leaving Eins alone in his bed, devoid of hope and consumed by pain and agony.
...
The two council members, Koji and Monnet, couldn't resist discussing Eins as they strolled along. Koji was dissapointed with Eins, expressing his conviction that Eins was more preoccupied with spending time in virtual realities than fulfilling his responsibilities at college.
"Eins must be immersed in video games once again," Koji exclaimed. Eins may possess intellect, but he uses his time on trivial pursuits. "If only he devoted himself more, he could be assured of being moved up the ranks."
Monnet, another council member, chimed in with a sigh: "Oh, how I wish my dear Eins would take the study group more seriously." That would earn him substantial points in my book. However, Koji remained unconvinced. "Please, President, I highly doubt Eins cares about that."
They proceeded down the corridor, with Koji stating, "It appears he has already missed the meeting, so I'll be waiting for him in class."
...
As Eins arrived at school, his friend Koji, with his blond locks and piercing blue eyes, greeted him. Koji rushed down the stairs excitedly to welcome Eins.
Inside the classroom, the professor began the lecture on the concept of quantum teleportation. "Quantum teleportation is a way to send the state of a quantum system from one place to another without moving the system itself. It uses entangled particles and a bit of information sent over a classical channel to recreate the state exactly at the new location. It’s like sending a detailed blueprint of the state rather than moving the actual system."
Koji couldn't help but ask himself the implications of such a concept. "Wouldn't human teleportation imply the death of our essence, our souls?" he asked Eins.
Eins chuckled in response. "Aren't we simply the sum of the properties of the particles constituting our bodies, and what precisely is the soul?" "I believe it's our irrational thinking and lack of analytic skills that distinguish humans from artificial intelligence," he replied, with a tinge of melancholy in his voice.
Koji nodded while lost in thought. "But wouldn't life be so boring if we all shared the same perspective?" If that were the case, I'm certain we would have never crossed paths, and I wouldn't have learned all I have from you. I'm grateful to be human.
As they exited the classroom, Eins remembered an important matter. "So, today's the big day for you, huh?" "You're about to debut, aren't you?" he asked Koji.
Koji smiled, visibly thrilled about the topic. "Yes, I've been practicing for months without rest, so hopefully my ability is enough to win this one." And my new upgrade seems quite good; I'll be using the new prototype bike that Ygdrassil provided me." They seem to have discovered the nature of my singularity to use as a source for the bike.
After Koji firmly grasped Eins' shoulder, he eagerly inquired, "Any news about you?''
Eins shook his head. "To tell you the truth, I don't even understand why I'm classified as "Unyque."" I don't possess any latent ability or anything so special.
Koji patted him on the back. "Surely, it will be something you can use to help others," he replied with a smile.
Eins sighed. "I can't even find a way to help myself, to even think I can even help others seems an impossibility," he said.
Koji patted him on the shoulder. "Don't be so pessimistic, Eins; I'm confident that someone as intelligent as you can figure out a way to make it happen!" he said, a smile gracing his face. As they bid each other farewell, Koji hurried off to prepare for his race.
Meanwhile, in the districts, one of the tyranic rulers, Ur, addressed his subjects on the telescreen. His words dripped with anger and sorrow as he spoke of the recent terrorist attack that claimed the lives of eight Notorius agents of his ruling, yet with a sense of determination, he proclaimed his zero tolerance for acts of rebellion. Stating the death penalty for those who opposed. It was evident from his speech that tensions between Yggdrasil and those opposing their regime had reached an all-time high.
Eins was passing by the cafeteria when Monnet intercepted him. "Don't you wish to partake in the commemoration?" Monnet inquired, referring to the memorial event honoring the victims of the terrorist attack. "Are you attending?" Eins retorted. "It's unfortunate to witness lives being lost, right or wrong." Monnet expressed her grief. Eins nodded. "I share your sentiment. However, shedding tears over the departed won't bring them back, will it? It's all just for nothing. Regardless of how much effort we exert, we cannot alter the world."
Eins and Monnet found themselves engaged in a heated debate when suddenly the power went out. The room plunged into darkness, and although Eins could sense Monnet's presence beside him, he couldn't see her.
"What on Earth...?" Eins muttered, attempting to comprehend the sudden shift in circumstances.
Eins heard Monnet's voice, but it sounded distant and ethereal, as if they were conversing from another realm. He reached out blindly in the direction of Monnet's voice, attempting to locate her.
"Hey! Are you alright? Can you hear me? Are you okay?" Eins called out, hoping to establish contact. But before Monnet could respond, another voice emerged from the darkness.
"It's you. "Finally, I've found you," the voice declared. Eins froze, his heart racing. Who was this? And how had it discovered him in the darkness? Fear and uncertainty crawled down his skin.
After what felt like an eternity, power was restored, and the room was once again bathed in light. Eins blinked, his eyes adjusting to the sudden brightness. Monnet, noticing Eins' shaken state, asked, "Are you alright?" and "What happened?" Eins attempted to recall the voice he had heard, but when asked, Monnet hadn't heard it and found it hard to grasp what Eins was describing. They resumed their conversation and eventually decided to attend the race. Yet Eins couldn't stop the thought of that odd feeling deep within him.
