Darren and Marqus noticed him immediately. They  were able to smell him the moment he walked onto the unit even though they were in their office on the other end of the unit almost a fourth of a city block down the hall. The two beast were sitting at their desks going over PT charts and discussing treatment plans when the bot stopped mid sentence. Marqus took in a deep breath and heard Darren do the same. Marques exhaled deeply. “Whoever they are, they smell Delicious” he sighed with a smile, showing his sharp fangs. He opened his clowning crimson red eyes and looked across the office at the other beast lurking in the shadows. Marqus Let out a low rumbling growl. “MMMMMM… i couldn't agree more,” he mumbled, eyes glowing a deep amber. The two looked at each other and in that glance an understanding passed between them. both of them decided to take a break from their Files and take a walk down the unit to observe their new prey.

Trevon had just walked into the doors of St.Luke’s emergency department looking for the charge nurse. He was so excited about getting the opportunity to work in the ER department, something he has been wanting for a long time. Trevon was hired as a CNA for the ER department and was just happy to get his foot in the door. 

Trevon walked up to the check in desk to greet the worker. “Hi I’m Trevon, I’m the new ER CNA. I start today for the night shift. Can you show me where to go?” 

The desk clerk smiled up at him warmly. “Sure thing! Follow me” She grabbed a few files, walked from behind the desk and began down the hall toward the nurses station. “Welcome to ST.Lukes, my name is Tamerra. I'm a unit clerk with the emergency Department.”  she said looking over her shoulder with a smile that some put him completely at ease. Tammera was a thick young woman; she was shapely and solid but walked with such speed and grace she seemed almost weightless. They went down the hall and made a right turn and came to the nursing station. The station was a circular island with a large pillar in the middle. The pillar had two layers of shelving where the PT charts were kept for those in the ER. There were ten  computers at the station evenly spaced out around the island. “ So this is the Nurses station. Obviously this is the main place you will find the nurse you are assigned to when they are not giving patient care, or in the med room. At the beginning of each hall are the CNA stations. That's where you're going to set up. There will normally be about four of you in each hall. From there you can do your charting, relias and other things.” Tamerra Said as she walked Trevon over to the CNA station.    The station was a decent size. There were four office chairs in the room, two on both sides. On each side against the wall  was a long counter with two computers on the seat. The office was spacious and well lit. There were two other People in the room working on the computers. “ hey guys this is Trevon he is going to be the New CNA on the night shift. Today is his first day.” Trevon smiled and waved as Tamerra introduced him. “Hi im Matthew, Nice to meet you” Matthew got out of his seat and stepped forward with his right hand out. Trevon Absurd him as he reached his own hand out for the hand shake. Matthew was a Bit tal at about 6’1”. He was a white man in about his mid to late 20s with tattoos on both arms; he had rings on two fingers on his left hand but neither of them on the wedding finger. He had a split build with broad shoulders. And vascular arms that almost resemble a road almanac.  He had a beanie on but I could see the front bangs of his black hair spiked up half hazardly. He  had medium size gauges in both ears and a septum piercing and a piercing in his left eyebrow. They shook hands and Mathew shot him a smile and a look that made Trevon blush and look away. “ I like your dreads. Oh and the snake bits too …got any other piercings?” Matthew asked with a raised eyebrow. Trevon blushed even deeper and replied sheepishly” um So Far the only other one i have is my tongue”  Trevon covered his mouth with his hand out of embarrassment.  “ oh so you ready for tongue action good to know good to know.” Mathew smirked, rubbing his hands together like a preying mantis with their eyes on their next victim. Tamerra stepped forward placing her hand on Matthews chest pushing jim back “ It is by the grace of God and the skin of your teeth HR has not pulled you into the office yet, but if i were you i would stop pressing my luck. The guy just got here and you are already trying to package him up like a slice of deli meat” Tamerra rolled her eyes turning to the other person in the room

 And this respectable gentleman here is named Omar .” she said beaming with Prideful smile like she was presenting her own son for presidential candidacy. Omar was taller than Trevon but shorter than Matthew by maybe 2 inches. He had flawless tan skin, and a smile so warm you couldn't help but smile back. He also had tattoos on his arms and on the right side of his neck. Xhe had a firm and stocky build like he might play football on the side or at least be a regular gym goer “ hey man, how's it going.” Omar reached out to Trevon's hand and pulled him into a one armed hug. Trevon was caught off guard by the open friendly-ness but welcomed and appreciated it. Omar was wearing a scent that was so calming that tre almost melted into the hug “ ok guys I gotta get these files to DR. Bradmen before he flips his fucking lid” the other two in the room winced and hissed as she said that” Good luck “ said Omar. “yeah much better you than me” replied Matthew. Tam rolled her  eyes  with a smirk and turned around. “You guys have a good shift and play nice. I'm counting on you!!” she called as she walked down the hall.
