There was no shadow outside, yet it felt like a group of people were waiting outside.

Coldness from the wind managed to enter the small house through the space under the door, the old woman knew she should've put something under to prevent the wind from entering, but she didn't have the time- No, she forgot.

Darkness spread faster than light, and that terrified her. She ran to her bedroom, sat on the floor behind her bed, and started praying for her Goddess until she felt the knocks stop, and the person there was gone.

It was well known that at night monsters and scary creatures appear and walk around searching for any living thing to devour it alive, and that's why no one ever dared to walk out once the sun started to set.

But what scared everyone the most was "The Singing Spirit".

"The Singing Spirit" is the name everyone gave to the green spirit that'd walk around searching for her long-lost lover, legends said that her lover was from the same gender and the Goddess didn't approve and ordered death to take away her lover leaving her alone in this world, to walk aimlessly singing her sorrowful song.
