"WHAT THE HELL," I screamed staring at dark red eyes, very, very close to my face. I could hear Max my black German shepherd barking. I was just moment's ago looking at my bedroom ceiling laying on the top bunk in through of tomorrow. Then the strangest thing happens.
A cloud of white smoke appeared above me. It started to form a human shape. Oh, and mind went straight to thinking it was a ghost or a demon because I believe in them. What I did not expect was a person to lay on top of me.
My grey eyes grow whiled. I could feel his most private parts on my thighs as he just smiles. Cause why the hell not when you're very well naked.
His pale hand move towards my fair cheek. His snow white hair further when the air conditioner blew pass.
He just rubbed my face.
This is not how I wanted my night to go.
.....
Early that day.
I was in my maths class. It was the last period. I was playing on my phone up the back of the classroom. I play 'dragon city' since I finish the work on the white broad and the maths textbook. Some other students were talking with each other about their plans for the weekend, or which actor was the most gorgeous, or the sport's game on tv and competition that were happened between schools. The others were still finishing the work.
I really didn't want to go to practice. I didn't like playing any of the sport's that the school made compulsory and cricket was not the most popular to play. I just wanted to go home do my assignments and play with Max.
I waited under the veil of my black and white fringe for the bell to ring. I blow my hair out of my royal blue eyes for a moment to glance at the clock then seconds later my fringe falls back into place. Five minutes left.
"Please do page's 46 to 49 from the textbook for homework." Mr Smith announced to the class.
Dinnnnnnnng. Sound's the bell. I turn off my phone and pack my books into my plain black backpack.
......
"Man...." I groaned walking back home. Tried after practice. I'm soooo glad it's the weekend tomorrow. After what coach put us through today I'm ready to sleep for a hundred years. All we did was train our bodies and not play the game at all. I really wish I didn't have to go to work, not looking forward to sore mussels.
I finally see my board house after walking five blocks from the school, it was already half past five. Hope Max isn't going to be upset about not going on a walk, I'm just too tired.
'Bark, bark, bark.' I can hear Max's happy barking from the other side of the gate.
"Hey boy," I yell back at him happily. "I'm home. Who's a good boy?" I ask opening the front door.
As I open the door I could hear no sound and felt relieved. The two other students living here won't home and Miss Swan the owner was on a holiday in Fiji. I made my way to the back door. As soon as I open it Max just had to tackle me. My pour mussels.
"Yes, I missed you too," I said while rubbing his silky coat.
When he finally got off me we headed upstairs to my room.
The house had light colour wooden floorboards all through except in the bedrooms where they had grey carpets like storm clouds. The walls were a white cream painted on. The whole colour theme was black and white. The bathroom was ebony trials on the floor and snow white on the walls. The house was very modern.
I open my midnight door having Max follow in. Now my room had my bunk bed again the wall next to my door on the right and left was my wardrobe. My desk sat in the far corner under my window, opposite my door. A bookcase in the other corner next to my bed and a small bookcase that came up to my waist and my tv sat on top, my Xbox right beside it.
I grabbed a hair clip then twisted my long hair up clipping it. Walking over to my desk to being my homework, assignments and just plain old study.
......
Now back to the naked guy smiling on top of me. I graver my strength, pushing him off me. Cause he was so heavy I only got him to sit on his butt. He looked confused.
"Who the hell are you?" I panted. "What are you doing in my bedroom?" I questioned.
"Roo." He said.
I stared at him wear the really look on my face, at his calm demeanour. "And?"
He just looked at me with a smile plaster on. I got irritated with him not answering me. Who wouldn't be irritated with someone appearing out of nowhere?
"What?" He tiled his head to the side.
"Why are you in my room?" I screamed at him releasing some of my anger.
"I saw you walking and wanted to be with you. I like you." He had a glow in his eyes.
"What? When?" Now I was the one confused. I didn't even notice, wait a moment. "Stalker!" I crawled further away from him.
"Today was the first time I saw you." What, impossible. Then there was a growl from behind him. Max was in attack mode, bearing his teeth at the man called Roo. Before I had a chance to do anything Max lept at Roo to only crash land into me. He had passed through Roo. I saw that he was transparent then became solid again. All I thought was 'ghostly'. I was scared.
"What are you?" I squeaked out. Max whined being a bit hurt from his landing.
"I'm a white kangaroo spirit." He said a bit worried for me.
"A what?" I was still worried but my confusion was back. Max growled at him again not daring to leave my side.
"I'll show you." He said hopping up and was still hopping down the stairs on my bunk then even on the floor. He's so a child and not a teenager boy.
White smoke filled my room, appearing out of nowhere. It swam around Roo, covering him from head to toe. Then a phantom win blows the smoke away to nothing. What was left behind was the most adorable little snow white kangaroo. His glowing red eyes stared cheerfully at me.
"Yo...you wer...en't... lying." I stuttered. Max stop growling, but he had this look in his eyes. They were big and focus. He shifted position and Roo was shaking.
'All no.' Was all I thought before Max jumps down, aiming for Roo.
"Eip." The kangaroo cried hopping out of the way. Max gave chase. Roo keeps avoiding Max's bites and lungs. They ran around my bedroom making a mess out of it. Games, DVDs, and paper went everywhere and pour Max just had to slip on my skull print bean bag with a bang.
He whines and little Roo bounce over, I climb down. Max crawl over to me at the bottom and Roo had his little fluffy ears pressed against his head.
"That's what you get hunting inside." I rubbed his head and ears. Directing my gaze to Roo. "Change back to human, please."
Roo changed back the same way with the white smoke. "Sorry." He pouted.
"Just help me clean up," I said feeling exhausted.
"Okay."
We put the DVD's next to the tv the selves built into my bunk bed. Picked up my homework and placing them on my desk.
"Right you two behave, while I go got Roo some clothes," I said exiting the room. Not wanting to hear a response.
I walked down the stairs glancing at pictures of scenes from the places Miss Swan had visited. I headed to the lardy to borrow my housemate Jack's clothes. Grabbed one white t-shirt and dark blue jeans from the clean pile. Then I headed to the kitchen, buttering four slices of bread than sprinkling some rainbow sprinkles on top.
I walked fast back to my room with the clothes and fairy bread I made. Opening the door hoping nothing bad had happened. To my surprise, Max was laying on the bed and Roo was sitting on my desk chair.
He jumped off when he noticed me, I chucked the clothes for him. "You know how to put them on?" I asked.
"Sure...." He didn't sound convincing.
I watched him look at the clothes I gave him before he dropped the jeans to the floor. He put one arm through the t-shirt sleeve then the other. The only problem was that it was on backward.
"You've got it on backward. You know." I raised an eyebrow.
"Oh." He fixed it right away. He proceeds with the jeans by stepping in between the holes then yucking them up. "There, done." He smiled having not done up the jeans.
Well, it doesn't matter for tonight, but at least they fitted just fine.
"Hungry?"
He shook his head up and down smiling the whole time.
"Here." I handed him the fairy bread.
"What is this?" He was so happy with me that he was glowing. I was trying to be calm and understanding, but I think I'm too tired to make much of a big deal about it. Max just had this annoyed look in his eyes.
"It's fairly bread."
"Hmm." He took a bite. "This is delicious."
"Glad you like it." He ate it quickly sitting the plate on my desk. "Tomorrow I'll take you shopping to get new clothes."
"Didn't you get me clothes?"
"Dose clothes are my housemate Jack's. You need your own."
"Oh."
"You can sleep on the bottom bunk," I said calling Max over by patting my thigh. We went up to the top.
"Good night." He said to me.
"Night."
I reached over the side turning off the lights.
