When I walked into the living room, huge bouquets of flowers were everywhere, but I had no idea how they got there. My best guess was that the flowers were from my parents after last night's big show. It's not everyday your parents get to watch you as the lead woman in Broadway's biggest musical. It's pretty special if I do say so myself, as I am the leading woman. I thought it was super sweet of my parents to give me these beautiful flowers, but they didn't have keys to my apartment. So how could they have gotten in? No windows were broken, and the door was locked, as it was when I went to sleep last night. I called my mom, and she told me that she and Dad didn't leave the flowers in my living room. "Sounds like a secret admirer, sweetheart!" was her first response, which of course it would be for a mom. I hung up the phone and was left pondering the big questions. Who left me flowers? How did they get into my house? I  hadn't given anyone else keys to my house, so there was no way the person who left me flowers could have gotten in without breaking in, but there was no evidence of anyone having broken in.
