World is soaked in digital information. Due to massive information gauges there appeared a need for an artificial dimension to transfer informational din into. Because of the vast amounts passed into the new dimension, it began to evolve itself into a different realm. It's a dimension based on something that the real world had, but a lot of information is strictly prohibited to be passed there, or leak back into real universe in fear of distortion. However the dimension is very unstable and unfinished, and begins to leak on it’s own. So called “Captains” posses “Cloud” which is a matter that acts as a magnet to detect noise and defects. However they appear to be not the only ones to be exposed to “Cloud”...
