"This is a public warrant to all of Krester for capturing Kezdar, Eve, and Enkita. Krester civilians who betrayed the Lyririe royalty. Any information on them will be greatly rewarded, thank you."
Two men stood next to each other in an alleyway, one wore a white suit, while the other wore a regular shirt and pants. "You have the goods? I was told to come to you," the white suit man said.
The regular clothing man pulled out a gun from his pockets, "These? Yeah, YOU are the goods," he said as he pointed the gun toward the white suit man. The white suit man had his hands in his pockets, he didn't move, or do any particular action after seeing the gun.
"I don't swing that way, yet. But, you forgot... I am an assassin, so like... I was going to kill you anyway," the white suit man exclaimed while standing calmly. The regular clothing man was confused but still held his threatening stance.
After a short second, the white suit man grabbed onto the other man's shirt and warped the fabric into a blade that would let him cut into his throat. "You didn't know I could do this right? Well, me neither," the white suit man laughed, the corpse of the man wearing regular clothing fell to the floor.
"Fuck! You are lucky I can just do this," the white suit man looked angered as blood landed on his suit. But with his ability, he could cut away the part where the blood covered, and create a new spotless layer from the rest of the suit.
In the end, he realized he met up with the wrong guy.
Self-proclaimed Choshire outsider, an assassin for hire, allegedly Christopher Columbus's brother - Rafael de la Vega, that was his full name. Towns in Choshire had lackluster measures against crime, every murder he'd commit would end up being dismissed as some accident, or suicide. But he wasn't necessarily a good assassin, his behavior would get him in quite a bit of trouble.
"Que lastima me das," an older woman spoke in an angered tone. She was speaking to Rafael. "Maa! I didn't know that was your cousin!" Rafael cried out in front of the older woman.
The older woman was his mother, he didn't fear anyone, except her. His family has a history of crime, his mother served as a Lyririe spy for several years, he was an assassin for hire, and the rest of the family had been, "transporting good from the outside" - at least that's what Rafael told his friends.
But there was something he wasn't aware of, a group in Luitol had been keeping close track of his murder spree. Every detail of how each person died, every detail on who, and what relations they could have to each other. "One of our spies noticed the murder of a Krester resident, this has the same detail as the other murders, their clothing is all messed up - in a very particular way," an unknown short woman spoke.
"Our conviction rate is 99.87% - we will find the man behind these murders and bring him up to Lady Shamhat! In fact, I might have a lead," an unknown man declared. Lorraine is Luitol's five-star prosecution team, they would catch onto a criminal's leads, and have them executed in mere days.
But this time, it was different. Despite their target being extremely careless, they did not have any solid leads back to Rafael; however, he wasn't just your regular criminal. He had the power of Harpe.
But his powers wouldn't stop the fact that he was kicked out by his mother the next day. He had nowhere else to live and was stranded in the middle of Lyririe on his own.
