Ever since Sunny was about ten years old all she’s ever known was to run. Life wasn’t easy being a Werewolf without a pack or a family but, Sunny was no coward. She would fight until her very last breath to keep herself safe. Afterall that's all she had.

Her life consisted of the same pattern, wake up, hunt, run, repeat. She couldn’t risk her safety by staying anywhere for very long. She had no idea where all the larger pack’s territories began or ended so she had to play it safe.

The only thing that she hated about the life she had to survive was the paranoia. Not to mention the several winters she nearly starved to death because every living thing was hidden in their warm hideaways.

Even though the winters were cold and miserable she still thrived. Her coat allowed her to blend right in with her surroundings making it easy to surprise any prey lingering around in the frigid temperatures. 

The only problem with having a white coat was that she stuck out like a sore thumb during every other season. In order to go unnoticed she had to roll around in mud which matted her fur and made her feel disgusting but, she would do what ever was needed to survive.

She tried to live her life to the fullest but it was sometimes difficult especially when she had to force herself to shift into her human form. She didn’t like being human. She was weak and exposed in that form. She absolutely detested shifting. She could feel every bone break and move. It was an excruciating ordeal. In the eight years she had been running she never shifted, not once.

She didn’t see the point of being a human if she was just going to live like an animal. The only issue that she would soon face was the territory she accidentally wandered into one Spring evening.
