“Yes Gwen, I’ll be careful.” I started looking for my equipment. “You Better” Gwen said as she handed me my spear. “It's a really dangerous place....even for you.” she said worriedly. “I know mom...” I said sarcastically. Gwen glowered angrily in a corner. Miles walked in “Could you not forget the blueberries this time? I’d like to make that pie this month” he said lazily. “Are you guys gonna let go or what?” I grumbled. “We’re just making sure that you don’t end up as animal food” Gwen said calmly. “Gee thanks” I mumbled. “Dude can you get a move on? We gotta eat...” Miles stated. “Alright, alright I’ll get going”
I walked around the familiar path aimlessly and decided to take a shortcut. I also did a little sight seeing since I had already collected enough food for weeks. I saw a lake with water that looked like it was glowing and I heard slow breathing that sounded almost animal like...human like at the same time. I followed it to a cave that was slightly lit up. “What the hell?”
