Alrighty people, I'm trying this again! A while ago, I started writing this book, but I stopped partway through because, well- lots of things, including COVID, school, and overall laziness. But NO MORE!! I'm doing this again. Taking it from the top. Buckle your seatbelt people!
Firstly- Welcome all. Thank you for clicking that fancy-dancy bottom that lead you to this book. I set myself a goal to finish this book's rough draft before 2023. I know, it's far away, but I'm slow sooo... I will (hopefully) be updating once a week. On Sunday.
Why Sunday? You may ask, and I will tell you.
It was the first day that came to mind.
Secondly- Mistakes! We all make them. And that includes me. I will be the first to say, sometimes my writing sucks. Sometimes I swap tenses randomly, and sometimes I accidentally throw a random word into a sentence. Feel free to tell me (in a polite manner)! I'm not doing any editing right now, I'm just focused on getting the words down.
Thirdly- Boats are fascinating. (Stick with me here, I have a point). Even though boats do generally the same thing, ie. float on water, they are different. Boats that are made for the ocean, don't sail well on the lake. And vice versa. Point is, just because your boat floats in the ocean, doesn't mean someone else's does. Don't sink someone else's boat just because it's different than yours. Don't leave any nasty, derogatory, or harmful comments. I want everyone to be able to enjoy this book.
One day someone is hit by a car and sent into their fairy tale book as the antagonist. Trying to avoid being killed, the newbie finds exotic ways to change the storyline. For one thing, the protagonist wasn't originally gay...
