Some information about me and my novels

Yeah!! It's finally out! Can't believe this is my 5th novel in less than a year. Ok, ok sorry about that I'll get down to business. First and foremost, I would like to say Happy 4th of July! I have no idea if any Americans will read this.

Even if my bio says I'm Canadian, I'd like to add I'm American too. Sure I live in Canada but I can't rule out that I'm born in the US. Wow, how pathetic of me. I dare to say that without formally introducing myself.

I will make this short and sweet, I'm Lauren, an author and a local reader. Some already know me from my other novels, as I have now 8 of those, this one being my fifth.

Novel information

As you may have noticed today is July 4th, well Monday that is. For the first time and probably the last time this story will have updates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays inclusively.

I'd like to mention that this is not a boy love story even if I usually do that. Spoiler alert! A character is non-binary so if you don't feel comfortable with that, are against it, are here to judge, here to criticize or here to spread hate, I really don't recommend this novel for you. This is a safe place and environment. Thank you for respecting it.

Description: It seems like Leith has caught Kenton's eye. What Kenton doesn't know is that he has caught Leith's eye too. Then one day Leith gets pressured from said friends and confesses to Kenton without Kenton knowing who Leith really is. As Leith is embarrassed from his confession and Kenton is confused by it what will happen next? Is this really just a matter of you've caught my eye?

Update of 20/10/23

After the full edit of this novel, I have decided to add songs suggestions for music lovers. 

While editing this novel, I came across the song Dandelions from Ruth B and I believe it represent well episode 11 and 12, in Leith's pov. The song made me think about this novel. So music lovers, go listen to this song while you read episode 11 and 12.

Final note

I would like to add that it is required that the episodes are read in order, for instance, don't read the epilogue if you haven't the episodes that comes before! That is disrespectuful to me and all the work I have done for this novel. So if you no longer what to read this novel, don't skip to the ending just to see how it ends.
