Idk how he managed to not only stay sane for 10,000 years but have such a clear memory of his past that he'd miss a specific food there, I would've forgotten 95% of all of it in the first 200 years or so I swear.
Also how could you not love Lilith, the fact you find Balrok cuter, just say you prefer men and leave it at that man
