Though popular in the local circuit, their popularity surges for all the wrong reasons... when she's sexually assaulted, by a symbic misprojection of what might have been a younger Don Wumpet. Suddenly, she finds herself in the midst of a diss-battle against Klein, and a political battle against one of the most corrupt presidential candidates ever to exist, whose rise to glory mimics eerily one of the distant past... whom the entire nation, and world abroad, swore they would never allow again. Josie's only chance to escape what's shaping up to be a deadly Joke War is to figure out who the culprits are, and evade the local mafia... who seem to have something to do with The Wumpet Foundation, and its slow corrosion of the freedom to express.
