NB Chapter 2 is kind of going on an indefinite hiatus. I don't want to say I won't finish it but as of right now I don't have time to finish it because I'm working on a new webcomic! Get excited for By Moonlight, a nsfw webcomic about a werewolf and his boyfriend. We're talking transformations! We're talking furries! We're talking monster boys! All the good stuff.

I'm calling it: There will be no Nightmare Boyfriend Chapter 3. Each page of Nightmare Boyfriend represents hours of work, but I have so few people supporting it that I'm only making pennies for my time. And I'm massively broke and only getting poorer--school is expensive!
Basically, I can't afford to put hours of work into something that isn't profitable, which is why I'm not planning on making a NB Chapter 3. Instead, I'll work on one of my other comic ideas and see if that one does better. Right now, I'm debating whether or not I should even finish NB Chapter 2 or just go get started on a new project. I'll be fine with either decision, NB has been struggling for a long time so I've had a lot of time to adjust to the idea of quitting NB and I love my other comic ideas, I'm happy either way!
But there are some people who are paying for Nightmare Boyfriend and I want them to have a say--that's why I have put it up to vote on Patreon for my supporters to decide: finish NB Chapter 2 or start something new. So far, 'start something new' is winning. If you really want to see NB Chapter 2 finished, you have a chance to save it, but you have to 'put your money where your mouth is' as the saying goes and become a patron: https://www.patreon.com/posts/17842853
I'm sorry to those of you who are disappointed with the way things are going--I am too! Boy, do I wish I wasn't broke and could work on whatever I wanted for no pay, but I just can't. I understand not all of you can offer financial assistance, so I want to say that I do appreciate all of you for subscribing, liking, and commenting. Thank you for supporting me in your own way, I hope that whatever comes in the future, I can keep making content that you will enjoy.

Hello everyone! I'm going to be re-uploading pages for Nightmare Boyfriend, since I'm planning on switching from 'page dumps' to single page updates!
Hey everyone! I'm sorry it's been so long, if you don't follow my tumblr then you're probably wondering why I haven't updated: More than a year ago I started art school and around the same time developed joint pain in my wrists and elbows. I took a hiatus from NB to recover and focus on school but it looks like my joint pain is here to stay and I miss my boys, Terry and Ikki, so I'm trying to get back on the ball.
That said, Nightmare Boyfriend is still in trouble. I love making this comic, and I haven't even gotten to the good parts--we got some serious relationship development and tentacle porn to get to! But now I'm a broke art student, and considering how many times I've had to rely on Ko-fi donations just to buy groceries, I can't afford to spend time on work just because I want to. Rather than just cancel the comic altogether, I wanted to give you guys a chance to save it!
I'll be uploading the first 7 pages of NB Chapter 2 here on Tapastic, but after that all pages will be 'funded'. What this means is that for every $5 donation I receive on Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/agathahart) or for every 9,000 coins I receive here on Tapastic, I'll post a new page!
