All revisions are completed, the new and improved cover page is finalized, and we're going over the last little bits of proof-reading as I'm writing this message! Want to see a bit of what's to come? The bad news is; the Blight series has been removed from Tapastic, WattPad, and Amazon KDP. I absolutely ADORED your feedback, encouragement, and comments on the series, and it is with a heavy heart that I say that the version you have read is no longer viable, and will no longer be available to read or purchase.
The good news is; the Blight series has been professionally edited by none other than Ann Howard Creel, the author of 'Mercy Road', 'A Life Came Calling', and 'The Magic of Ordinary Days' (which has since been adapted into the hit 2005 film by the same name), and book one has seen MAJOR overhaul changes, including an entirely different name! With the help of your previous feedback, the feedback of beta readers on BetaReader.io, and Ann's professionally editing, I am in the process of prepping the Blight series for an entirely new launch!
I won't bore you with the details, but just know that there will be ads, a Patreon page where you can get access to bonus content such as bonus chapters and illustrations, and even a Discord Server where you can connect with the community! Said server is currently being stress tested and is getting close to the final stages of coding for a streamlined and enjoyable experience, and once we're closer to launch, I'll open the server for all to join!
You have all done such amazing jobs in encouraging me to pursue what I hope will be a massive re-launch, and I hope to see you all there! Hey friends! I know it'll be a while yet before book 3 is out, but while you wait, a very good friend of mine - who beta read Blight and gave some feedback, and also created Sparrow in the Blight series for me - has written a book that I highly recommend!! If you're a fan of epic high fantasy with dark twists and turns, sassy mercs with dark pasts, and are a fan of the Evillious Chronicles, you'll absolutely LOVE 'The Scarred Lands: Awakening!' Hey readers, I've got some awesome news! I bet y'all thought I abandoned the Blight series, huh? Well I didn't! A LOT has happened in the past forever, and I've been taking a bunch of time to work on myself and this series and trying to get it prepped for publication. So far, no such luck on getting an actual publisher, so I suppose Amazon will just have to do for now until I can figure something out. By the way, the prices for physical copies of Blight: The Catalyst and Blight: Breakpoint have dropped! Go check them out if you want physical copies of them!!

All versions of book two will be released on January 3rd, 2025. As I get ready to crack down on book three, I want to give those who may have read the original manuscripts on WattPad and Tapas a reminder that the series has undergone some heavy editing. There are scenes, characters, and locations that have been changed, removed, or added to make the story flow easier.

Hey friends, I have some good news! Blight: The Catalyst is currently being prepared for physical prints that will be available on Amazon in both paperback and hardcover! eBooks will also available for purchase if you happen to have Kindle or just want to read on the go, though purchasing a physical copy will support me the most! Currently, we're set to be live for purchases in June 2024, though this may change depending on how quickly editing and finalizations can be made. I'm about halfway through making the necessary story edits, so if you want to hold physical copies of my beloved novel, stay tuned for updates, pricing, and the release date!
Hello friends! Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm not dead nor have I abandoned my works! A LOT has happened since I first launched Dead Days and it's been a pretty rough time. I mean, it's taken nearly 10 years just to do the first chapter. I have no excuse for that. Dead Days has been a passion project of mine for much longer than that, all the way back to 2008.
It started as a fun little venting RP between my best friend and I, which grew to have 3 writers eventually until our mutual friend stopped writing with us. Which is fine, she gave me permission to keep writing her characters as they became integral to the story and I hope I am depicting them correctly (Ronny, Nick, and Alicia were her characters), but more to the point, I'm the sole artist and script writer of the works. My best friend helps when he can, but he helps more as a beta reader and co-writer as he is not an artist.
Dead Days has gone through a LOT of revisions, both character wise in their designs and personalities, and for the overall story to make it more believable and compelling. Not gonna lie, I first started updating it as a comic because I loved the RP so much and it resonated so much with my co-writer and I that I wanted to actually SEE the characters interact with one another. Neither of us were expecting it to be popular by any means.
Long story short, I wanted to thank you guys for sticking with me for as long as you have even though you haven't gotten much out of me save for a few comic pages and a couple half-done books. I will say that my free-time will hopefully open up by early next year after I finally get my animation degree, so I will be able to focus more on my demo reel and my comics and stories.
