Hey everyone, sorry for the sudden announcement. I've been having trouble managing the comic updates these last three weeks - not the pages themselves (thank the winds for buffer), but actually posting that they're happening!
Because of this, I decided to extend my already-planned holiday break to take up two weeks instead of one, meaning Page 19 has now been delayed to January 3rd. I'll try to see if I have something nice to make up for it after Christmas, but because of the holiday rush and some work stuff that came in short notice, no promises.
Still, I'd like to thank everyone who's been reading and leaving comments even in this end of year. It's been a rooough November and December for artists, so I'm still ever thankful for all the love <3

Second bonus goal reached on Inksgiving! Seems like we'll be looking into the comic's very beginners later on.

Here's a small update on my progress for you lovely Splitting Image readers: as of today, I've got a month of buffer and counting! Woo!
It's less than I wish I was at after all these months, but I feel much happier with these pages than my week-to-week content, being able to stop to do concept art and create reusable assets. It's a small achievement relatively and I'll do a bigger update once I have some dates in mind, a few more extras I have planned and the Inksgiving AU minicomic posted(which now I can actually start;;), but just sharing the excitement from finally knocking out one chunk of my thumbnails! <3
And here's a little preview of a WIP page - it's fun to see the drastic changes with an effect layer on or off! Magic is in the air this next chapter, for sure. See you all next time!

I absolutely wanted to get this finished with a neat bow, but work made me feel my wrist real bad before I even got to the free day. I also have some announcements to do after the page, so it's a way to put my thoughts together too.
So sorry for this untimely delay, but I hope to see you on the 21st for the ending of Chapter 2!

Also, we're almost at 290 subscribers!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Even if the end of Chapter 2 is being kinda rough with the half-finalized pages, I hope you're having fun with the story, and with some luck I can show them in their full glory soon!

Happy new year everyone! I thought I'd spend the first weekend just on pages but I had the urge to tweak Beryl's design just a little bit, so have a bonus sketch! (the horns and fish tail aren't included :P)
