Hey friends! I'm still around! Sorry for this extended hiatus! I'm hearing some rumours about Tapas shutting down by the end of the year so here's a reminder to follow your favourite creators on their other socials and find other ways to read their webcomics! We'll keep creating as sites like Tapas come and go and we hope you'll follow us for the love of our stories, art, and the communities that form around them <3
Reminder that I have a website for my comic at chroniclesoforo.com and I'm on tumblr and bluesky most often these days! I hope to see you around <3

It looks like The Chronicles of Oro was featured on the community page this week! Thanks Tapas!
Hope everyone who has read the comic for the first time this week is enjoying it so far! The next chapter is going to be a dozy and I'm excited to see what you all think!

February's monthly update is here! <3 See you at the end of March for more!
This month's update is coming Monday Jan 29! You'll be getting 4 pages all at once! Follow on all the usual social media places for more frequent updates. :) See you next week!
Just a reminder that I'll be posting updates here only once a month! If you'd rather not wait, please check out my homepage (www.chroniclesoforo.com) to read a new page every monday! <3
Hey everyone! I'm alive. 2020 has metaphorically knocked me over but I'm finally metaphorically getting back up!
While you wait for me to get myself (and this comic) in order, please take a look at my friend's comic: Kipper and Crew! https://tapas.io/series/KipperandCrew/info :) It's definitely for you if you like pirates and adventure!

I'M STILL ALIVE! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!
Please check out the latest page of The Chronicles of Oro for an update on what's been happening. As a special treat for those of you who actually read this:
I did get a job at an animation studio over the winter. When the next few episodes of Rick and Morty finally come out, think of me when you look at those crazy crazy backgrounds ;) (And feel free to guess which name is mine in the credits.)
Thank you all for hanging onto the hope that this comic will update again. I gain a year on my life whenever I see someone follow this comic even though I haven't posted a real page in many years.
<3 You're all amazing.

Congratulations!!!❣️🎉
Hey everyone~
(A special hello to everyone who has subscribed to CoO while I've been on hiatus/away at school!)
Just wanted to pop in and let you all know: I'm still alive!
Balancing finding my first job in the animation industry with a full time summer job that keeps me on my feet all day has been exhausting to say the least! I haven't had a any time to work on this comic this summer :(
I'll be getting fewer shifts in the fall and focusing harder on my new-job search.
Thank you all so so so so much for your patience. Any and all of you who have taken the time to read it so far are absolutely the best!
Hopefully my next update will be a new page :'D

Good luck with the animation job search! Time just kinda slips away while on hiatus, doesn't it? lol
I definitely still think about this comic, and will be excited when it comes back, but real life comes first, always! :)

Hi everyone!
Just another small update:
It looks like as end-of-semester stresses start rolling in to my brain, so do new ideas and motivation to procrastinate those stressors and make comics instead!
Sadly, I have to be responsible and finish my school work first... but I just wanted to pop in and let you all know that I am excited to get back to the Chronicles of Oro in the next few months :D :D :D
Thanks again for your continued patience and understanding!
Sorry for making you wait so long!

No worries! Good luck with school!
Get what you need to get done first - don't add more stress onto yourself! We'll all be here when CoO returns. :)
