(I don't know how it ended up so long, but a part of me needed this ahah - I dropped a tldr at the end)
Almost 5 years later, I'm still unsatisfied with every drawing I make for Opposing Forces...
I think I was too ambitious when I imagined the story and the world my boys evolve in. Sometimes I'm even thinking it would be easier to make it a novel instead of a comic...
Now it's hard to let go of something I started, and it's hard to let go of characters I love, but I need to gain more confidence first and learn to be satisfied with what I do! It sucks to be a perfectionist in my daily life. 🤦
But I'm going to drop Opposing Forces until I finish Birdie's Dark Mage.
I could sketch the first episode of BDM so easily and upload it without doing much thinking. And even if I'm not 100% satisfied with these drawings, for the first time I can let those go and think that when my art will get better with practice, I can always redraw the panels. 😌
Anyway, bye for now Opposing Forces, hello Birdie and Dark Mage ♥

TL;DR: I stop trying so hard to draw Opposing Forces and I'm just going to work on Birdie's Dark Mage for now.
