I’ll be posting Chapter 2 of Moth Girl soon. Both pages 39 and 40 were inked by myself so may look different from previous pages. I decided I owed it to Maggie to not only finish the chapter but to continue the project in her memory so none of our hard work goes to waste.
However, I don’t know when I’ll start posting chapter 3 pages as I’m now doing this (art wise, at least) completely on my own. It might be a few weeks or a few months.
But thank you for all the support over the year and for the kind messages you’ve sent our way.

As some of you may already be aware, Moth Girl writer and inker Maggie (anightvaleintern) was killed on Saturday the 25th of February by a drunk driver.
So this is Leigh/Stem-Cell, and I’m heartbroken. I don’t really know what I want to do with Moth Girl at the moment. It was our project. A joint effort. And even though I know all the story, all the characters and their personalities, I can’t really look at it right now.
So this is a Hiatus, but I can’t give you a time frame of how long or even if i’ll come back.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has followed us for nearly a year. (Our 1st anniversary would have been March 6th) This project meant a lot to us and to know people enjoyed it really spurred us on.
So please don’t drink and drive. Keep her family and her girlfriend in your thoughts. Tell your friends you love them.

Oh my god, my condolences to all of you, I had no idea about this. You take as much time as you need, and even if you decide to drop the project that's okay, I know how painful this is for you. It was a great ride while it lasted, thank you for sharing it with us, and I wish you all good luck in the future <3 <3 <3
