THIS IS REAL! So excited to be working on my first novel through NaNoWriMo. 50,000 words in one month. Here we go!
Was you able to complete NaNo on time?
The first 20,000 words were a breeze. I was writing all over the place - beginning, middle, end, flashbacks galore. Around the 21,000+/Day 15 or so I got caught in that editor mindset and it was hard to get out of it it. GRRR. While I didn't complete on time, I learned A TON on my first try! Definitely going to do it again. Maybe even the summer camp one. How about you?
I finished with a 25,000 which is by far the most I can write in a month :) It's true that the first thousand words are easy XD I often caught myself rambling too much, though. I'll definitely do the one in summer. Let's team up and work through that summer camp together XDD
Yes! So up for writing buddies! I joined a couple of Discord groups and that helped too with sprints.
