Hey there! I’m Mattie — your friendly neighborhood tea lover, dragon doodler, and all-around story geek. I create worlds filled with fierce survivors, unexpected friendships, and the messy, beautiful journey of finding family and yourself in the chaos. Writing Veil of Ashes is my passion project, and I’m thrilled to share it with you here on Tapas!
When I’m not crafting stories, you’ll usually find me sipping endless cups of Earl Grey (because tea is life), chasing after my two energetic pups, Freya and Morpheus, or teaching art to some of the most talented and inspiring kids on Outschool.
