Good news! I have a new tablet! I've decided I'm going to hold off on starting OoF back up for a while, since I believe it would be best to finish the oneshot I'm doing instead of throwing most of my focus into an OoF buffer, so that when I get back to OoF I'lll have more time to spend on it due to having one less comic series to do. Until the oneshot is done, it's going to take priority for a while. I'll probably still do a bit of work on OoF from time to time, but I won't post any publically until the oneshot is done being posted publically
Since my tablet broke in January, I won't be finishing any comic pages for a while. I'll still be drawing, but I don't have the skill or tools to maintain my regular line quality while drawing traditionally so the best I can do is sketch and refine sketches until I get a new tablet . Out of Focus is going to be on hiatus for a while, until the issue is sorted out.
With Amy done, Out of Focus is now switching to once a month updates. I want to post either short story updates(similar to Amy but much shorter) or a small batch of really short comics each month.
This is so I can balance school and drawing while also having time to work on the oneshot I mentioned a while ago.I'm working on it between OoF pages and school work and it's a lot longer than Amy so it's taking a while. Not sure when it'll be done, but in the meantime I still want to be posting some comics, even just really short ones.
It's been a good long while since I've posted any comics here, but that's going to change soon! This upcoming Friday, I'll start posting a oneshot I've been working on. Three pages, once a week until I reach the end of the story.
After that I'll try to aim for one comic posted once a month since there's another longer oneshot I'm working on that I plan to start drawing pages for in the near future, but I still want to do comic stuff until then. When that oneshot is done, I'll go a similar route to what I'm doing with Amy and release it bit by bit each week
I've made changes to my Patreon tier set up! The kitten tier has been tweaked a little and I've added the Mouser tier.
As of now, Kitten tier($1 a month) patrons can see comic sketches and see the finished pages early.
Mouser tier ($3 a month) patrons get both benefits from the kitten tier, along with being allowed to see the versions of the comic pages without speech bubbles.
With the end of Chapter 2, I figured now would be the best time to announce that I have a Patreon up and running!

I'll continue posting the comic for free! However, patrons will be able to see pages before they're posted for the public to see and they will also get to see versions of the comic pages without speech bubbles. Right now, the only tier is the kitten tier, which is just $1 a month to see the art I just mentioned. I'll be thinking about what rewards I could offer for other tiers before I set any more up.
