Well guys it's been a while since I posted a comment here, but this is pretty big news for me! The Palace of Tears managed to scoop an award over here in the UK, The Caliburn Prize for upcoming comics artists. Spearheaded by that delightful surprise, I'm launching a kickstarter tomorrow in an attempt to spend some solid time finishing the second half of this story! Here's a link to the prelaunch page. It's finally here! The Palace of Tears: Part 1 is now available to pick up over at michaellomon.com. I'm making a few tweaks to the latter half of the story and approaching a few publishers, but 'normal' update service will be resumed shortly! As ever, thanks for reading!
Ha - well, at least I managed to stuff a lot of detail into this page! I'm actually going to print a limited run of Palace of Tears Vol 1 for the upcoming Thought Bubble Festival in Harrogate (UK). If I have any left by the end I'll post a link for anyone interested.
It's my hope to print a somewhat deluxe version when the tale is all told, perhaps with the aid of a publisher or Kickstarter. However, a lower priced, but still lovingly printed A4 Vol 1 and 2 will be available.

Ah monosyllabic, muscle bound henchmen. Truly a scriptwriter's dream. In other news..... First new page this year!!! What can I say, it's been a busy, freelancy kinda time!
