Anonymity on social media is a double edged sword: on one hand, it allows me to be more authentic than in real life. On the other hand, this same anonymity allows some bad actors to spread disinformation and spread lies and behave in ways that would get them punished if they did them IRL.

Anonymity: it’s both a blessing and a curse.
