Off Center Flashback is a company founded by William and Ralf Halt, and staffed by their oldest friend James Miller and their wives Lori and Clara Halt. This hard working talented team of writers have two things in common, a deep love for storytelling and the gullibility required to believe in the dreams of the Halt brothers.
At Off Center Flashback we make comics, a medium of storytelling the founders have been in love with since they waited in line to get a black bagged copy of the issue where Superman died. We strive to make stories we think our audience would love, but primarily that we love and feel the need to tell.
We have three principle rules with comics, and they are:
They must be worth the cost to read them. Even when that cost is free.
They must go through a three tier system of review before they are published.
And finally, they should not be eaten. By anyone.
We don’t have the ability to enforce the last rule, and if you feel like eating one of our books we can’t stop you. However, please know that they are made of ink and paper and our memories don’t have those two ingredients tasting that good. Still, it’s up to you.
Just like it’s up to you to buy comics that you love and we hope that what we make will be just that. Comics that you love.
