I received my BFA from Tehran University in Graphic Design, and then a MFA from AAU San Francisco in 2D Animation/Concept Art. I love to paint with acrylics on giant sized canvases, but for my work on Tapastic, I’ve stuck with penciling first, and using my Intuos 4 tablet to finish up the art in Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel painter.

My favorite artists (off the top of my head) would have to be Tadahiro Uesugi, Kekai Kotaki, Jim Lee, Robert Valley, Clair Wendling… Argh, there’s just way too many to name!!

My hobbies include making floral arrangements for weddings, playing no limit Texas Hold ‘Em, modeling, and basketball. I’m super competitive, like, I have to WIN all the time – haha – it drives my friends crazy!! Other than that I really enjoy reading short stories, watching TV and movies, and of course traveling.
