Alright, so I basically forgot to keep the Tapas version of Outsiders up to date, and as a result, I ended up with a pretty huge backlog for the series.
Downside, that one person who was actually following the series thought I'd abandoned it. Upside: Outsiders is now officially on a daily update schedule through to the midseason finale!
So enjoy that!

Outsiders is currently on what I like to call a "full episode" release schedule, where each week, it releases an entire episode every week (or in this case, four day weekend, starting on Thursday).
This is meant to keep the wait to see an episode's conclusion minimal while not immediately evaporating the entire series backlog.
It is however, still faster than I am currently writing the series, so it WILL catch up with the backlog in . . . some number of weeks, I'm too lazy to do the math. It's not happening in June for sure.
When it does, however, Outsiders will be transitioning to a "half episode" schedule, where we only get 2/4 episode parts each week.
