When I started building ASÈ, I knew one thing immediately:
The friendships had to feel real.
These aren't strangers brought together by the plot.
They're people who grew up together, argued together, laughed together, and carry years of history with them.

People talk about jobs.
School.
Money.
Dreams.
But nobody talks about what the city does to you.
The way it slowly wears people down.
The way strangers stop looking at each other.
The way everyone starts moving a little faster.
Sleeping a little less.
Trusting a little less.
Sometimes it feels like the city is alive.
Like it's watching.
Waiting.
Most people stop noticing.
The ones who don't...
Usually wish they had.

The way it slowly wears people down.
The way strangers stop looking at each other.

One of the biggest things I care about while creating ASÈ is atmosphere.
I want the city to feel alive.
Not just visually, but emotionally.
The people in this world are exhausted, ambitious, disconnected, hopeful, angry, lonely — sometimes all at once.
A lot of the story focuses on identity, friendship, emotional pressure, and the feeling of trying to hold onto yourself while the world around you keeps changing.
I’ve been building this project with a huge focus on cinematic storytelling, grounded character relationships, and cultural identity.
