Escaflowne (anime series from 1996) has a very soft spot in my heart. It became relevant in my life in a time I really needed something to focus on. Now, more than 20 years later, still is my safe spot. I love to create Escaflowne comics that directly inspire on life. I've been doing it since 2011 and I will continue to do so.
I’m opening a Patreon page so I can dedicate more time and effort to my doujinshis (that really make me happy) and not have to rely so much on my merchandising for that extra cash at the end of the month. I’ll be dedicating the Patreon to give early access to my doujinshis (Escaflowne and Dr. Stone mainly) and I’ll also show works in progress and special downloads.
I'll continue posting my stuff on social media as always. Patreon is a way to support me while getting some extra art on the process <3
This is my first time with this kind of platform so bear with me…and if you enjoy my art, please consider supporting me there :) : https://www.patreon.com/quietduna
Hello, hello, after all these years!
Thanks to all who follow my stories in Tapas :)
If you follow me but don't know what is this about, I'm QuietDuna, an old fandom geezer who just happens to love The Vision of Escaflowne too much. I create a lot of Escaflowne fanart and short stories. I love creating fancomic (doujinshis) about the series, reflecting on the lore and the characters.
Welcome!
I'm most active on Twitter (@quietduna) and I post my art at my personal site (quietduna.com).
I'll do it, eventually, lol :) I have a 200 pages comic done between 2012 and 2013 more or less, I'll upload it too. The ones I'm uploading now are my latests.
