Saw your sub card on another wall and I've decided to sub to both your series they look cool ^^
First drawing of the year - it's a tradition for me to draw my OC, Yumiko. As you may have noticed, Yumi's design is reused for many characters over the various series that I have done. Most recently, she lent her face to Eitel, the deranged, filthy-rich pseudo-communist elite killing machine in my ongoing latest manga, Mecha Fighting Girl Lirikana! I wanted to do a simple, no frills drawing: No special brushes, no fancy blending modes, just bringing it back to the basics. I made friends with this brilliant artist who can do this half-hard shaded, half soft shaded technique involving overpainting to stunning effect. I want to get on that level, so there's no better time than the present to start practicing!
Anyway, we're gonna hit the ground running!!
