Now that the clans have been revealed, I will do a profile on them one by one. Starting off we have Sange Varcolac - Blood Wolf clan.

What had I chosen?
I was in the Void again, and I couldn’t bear to see it. I shuddered in the darkness, refusing to look anywhere, refusing to face whatever visions waited for me there. I drew my knees to my chest and pressed my forehead against them, as though I could make myself smaller — as though that might quiet the panic closing in around me. It clung to my thoughts, relentless, until all I wanted was for it to stop.
I had died.
I felt something leave me. Something fundamental. Something that had always been there. And then I felt something else take its place. It moved through me slowly, deliberately, threading itself through body and soul. Inch by inch, it claimed me. Part of me fought it, recoiling from the invasion, but another part — reckless and unchained — welcomed it.
In the darkness, I surrendered. And once I did, the pain was gone.

Chapter 14 recap!
In this chapter we are in Darien's POV following a violent confrontation that leaves Elena gravely injured and him forced to make a life-altering decision. After saving her from a brutal attack by another vampire, Darien realises she might die unless he intervenes - and in doing so, he turns her into a veilbound (a made vampire), crossing a taboo line in his world. He then cradles her unconscious body (swoon!) and speeds through Averon City to safely get her back to his place for the final turning. In a scene that can only be found in a gothic rock music video, Darien brings her to the altar of his converted church home. He faces the consequences of his choice, realising he must help her adapt to her new state while dealing with both guilt and an unanticipated bond.

Chapters 26 and 27 are now live! Both in Darien's POV and both full of the drama! Hope you all enjoy. I will head back into my hobbit hole to start brainstorming chapters 28 and 29.
Can we all just agree that January is a horrendous month (in general)? From being way too cold and gloomy to having to take my infant daughter to A&E for a bump on the head (she's ok folks!), it's just been a bit ugh and meh! However, I am working on Ch 26 and 27, don't worry! There is a bit of lore in these chapters that I had to ensure I started to build properly and that took a couple of rewrites! Thank you all for your patience and here's to moving away from January and on to February!
