Hello to anyone that might read this (tho I have no idea if anyone does...
I'm writing to share there may not be an episode released again this month only because of some life stuff and a complete overhaul of the Arura Project.
I'm currently planning to reinvent the story with a new title and a new format in the style of a non-conventional illustrated novel!
Which is going to involve more text that is broken up by comics and images. I know that's not what webcomics are normally known for but it is something I want to continue moving forward.
As it turns out, as much as I love drawing, I don't like doing it as much as I have for this series so far which has made the process agonizingly slow. And I am beginning to feel the itch to write prose again. which I have all but totally abandoned... until now.
My views have already dropped dramatically, and that sucks, but it does make this starting over period less painful. I know Illustrated novel isn't exactly a format that Tapas is known for so I understand if its not your jam, but I feel this is the best direction for my going forward.
I will still update this while I can, but when the Brand-new series gets updated to my current work, then I will focus solely on updating that one.
I plan to do a lot of editing, (adding text, re-exporting images and animations with the proper effects and resolution that I now have settled on, fixing consistency issues etc.
This is quite a journey but I hope some of you may still with me!

Hey guys, its gonna be the 20th soon, and I dont have much to share this month. Its honestly a sliver of content and I FEEL SO BAD!! But i did have a good reason for skimping out! I was actually grinding on my portfolio t be eligible for an internship position as well as a commission!

For added clarification, I had intended to make the comics blurry, because in case anyone is mystified, I try to achieve a 90s VHS style and I had not learned to restrain myself with the blurriness or the Chromatic aberration.
Those things are suppose to add texture, so that every illustrated element looks like it exists cohesively in the same universe. So this was all a learning experience for me.

BROOOOO, I am in the regret stage of my comic creation. The beginning episodes are TOO FACKING blurryyyy...

wow ok... so I think Im going to reneg on my last comment here. Im going on vacation for five days So i don't think the next episode will be out by the 17th of the month of october.
Things could change, and I will continue to work on it, however my priorities have needed to shift somewhat. rest assured, i still am working on some cool styles to showcase in future episodes!

So... as I've become more familiar with webcomic release schedules I've started noticing that I don't necessarily need a break in chapters/episodes to make sense so to speak. WHICH MEEEEANS I can release a lot more frequently.
I think now that I'm better at abbreviating myself since I'm totally slow in my pacing, I can reasonably release something abouuuuutttt... every two weeks? We Shall see since life gets FREAKin' busy but I think I can try that starting sometime this september (i.e. earlier than the 17th)
