My main project is Falling, a comic written by my partner, and illustrated by myself.
The Artist
Brekks is a Canadian illustrator by day, comic artist by night. They enjoy a good strong coffee, good strong beer and the author.
The Author
Jacob is an English writer by night, and largely asleep by day, because time zones are an unavoidable obstacle. He enjoys dogs, good food and the artist

Hey all, Ammy here.
So, it's been a while! I know, and I'm sorry. I was so worried about falling into the hiatus trap and never getting out of it that I was a little scared of coming back to type up a post like this.
Honestly, when I first started this comic with Jacob, I worked on Falling after an 8 hour work day, once a week, and for a while, that worked for me! But that life is now unsustainable.
As those days went along, things got progressively busier and busier. I was working on several books, a TV show, animation backgrounds and a thousand other things, just in my day job! My mental health was (and now is) suffering, and things were/are generally falling apart for me, but luckily I had the support of Jacob, and I put Falling on an unannounced hiatus.
I'm typing this post not to break that hiatus, necessarily, but to inform that I'll be taking the pages down from this Tapastic account, and continue Falling's journey somewhere else soon, mostly due to the TOS issues that keep cropping up here.
I'll post the link in an image once everything's set up!
I wanted to thank you all for your support, even during this downtime, and for all those who liked, left lovely comments and subscribed. I most likely wouldn't be continuing to work on this project if it weren't for you all!

Sorry to hear about all the trouble you two have been having. Luckily, it'd early enough so that transferring to a new platform won't be too painful (hopefully). Excited for any projects you have planned for the future!

As I'm sure some of you have heard, Tapastic updated their TOS with some fishy rules. I know they updated it and took down the fishy bit, but I'm still not so sure.
I'm not too sure we're going to stick around here for much longer. I'm looking at other avenues, but in the future, we would like to send this comic to print, and have there be no problems associated with that process. I hope you can all understand!

Some creators were spooked but once they heard that a clause was removed from ToS. All of them "returned" and stay put as most of them said their majority of readers are here. I do hope you would re-consider your position. In case, you do decide to migrate somewhere. Could you tell us where to find your comic online? As in other site(s)? Thank you! For I want to see your comic to the end. :)

Good morning lovely people! So my large work deadline had come and gone, and now I'm still finding myself as busy as ever, with extra work after a full day's worth, a convention coming up, and trying to balance a thousand other things! This means an update might still be a little ways away, but have no fear, we're still working away on Falling!
However; good news for Toronto (and visiting) fans; I'll be at Anime North this coming May with printed (bw) copies of the first chapter of Falling, as well as lots of other good stuff!
Let me know if any of you will be going to Anime North, and I'll give you a free copy, as a thank you for being so excellent to me and Jacob when we first joined Tapastic!

Hey all, bad news; work has gotten a little bit over my head this month and as such, we'll probably be seeing you in April! The end of March is our year long deadline, so things should loosen up after that!

I'm very sorry to be writing this but there probably won't be an update this weekend/tonight.
I didn't say much about it, but Falling's author, Jacob, was visiting me in Canada for two months, and I just got back from dropping him off at the airport, so I'm a little spent, very sad, and need some time to readjust to living alone again, haha.
Updates will go back to being regular next week! I may try and get some work done tonight, but it's iffy.
Thank you guys so much for your patience and continued support, and we'll see you on the flipside!
