8 days, producing 17 pages, sleeping at 5am, 4am, waking up at 12pm, making calls on Discord to keep my spirits up (and losing a little focus at the same time).
I had a deadline, I had the LQN fair, page art direction, visualization of how to advance a page, how to save drawing by taking ready-made things, reading other comics to get references, watching videos about grids, listening to Narrativando videos, listening to Bernando's Lives from LQN, from M2, listening and LETTING GO of quality to be able to deliver
I published Haruka, at 4am on the 30th and at 8pm it was read at LQN.
That feeling of accomplishment was so incredible and now Haruka has accumulated 33 readings
I couldn't REACH my expectations, but this experience has been different from what I expected and it's been better than I could have imagined
Thank you very much everyone, who read, commented, shared.
Haruka is my first comic book, comic book, manga, comic strip, comic strip, and it won't be the last or the only one.
I hope you continue to enjoy my work and see you next year
Happy 2025!
Yesterday I managed to redo and add more details to 3 pages of Haruka and I've noticed a few things:
1st Making 17 pages of comics in 8 days was crazy;
2nd Correcting style and finishing is easier after not looking at the page for a long time;
3rd Detachment: There's no way to evolve if you keep redoing the page over and over and over again;
4th I'm so obsessed with my own work, God!
