Fedoraman as a series has for the most part been about showcasing wacky original villains. Because of this the star of the show was lest kind of generic. Surprisingly I had put a decent amount of thought into the character.
Riley Flare started off as a suited detective but I had quickly changed that after seeing how similar he was to Dick Tracey. Taking the superhero route was what I ended up going with and it didn't take many attempts to nail his outfit. It's as classic as you can get.
