How to deal with a panic attack...My list
1: Sit around awkwardly contemplating leaving the scene
2: Keep sitting there trying to work
3: End up giving up and ask to go somewhere else
4: When out just walk around and take a breather
5: Do this for a few minutes
6: Go back to class all clear headed
7: Start panicking as a thing happens
8: Listen to music loudly and ignore the world

OK! So I need to say I'm so sorry I was inactive for so long! My computer is broken *sad* so now I have to figure out what to do with a scanner and this school computer! I'm so sorry!
